Hardeep Kandola

Registered Physiotherapist


Hardeep completed his Physiotherapy degree at King’s College London. With over 10 years of experience working as a physiotherapist he is an expert in identifying and diagnosing the physical limitations you might be facing and helping you to overcome these barriers to allow you to reach the quality of life you desire. Hardeep enjoys learning and continues to add tools to his skillset including acupuncture and vestibular rehabilitation. Hardeep understands that the work done in the clinic is only a piece of getting you back to your regular activities, and teaches you how to manage your pain and increase your strength and function through home exercise programs. Hardeep has embraced the activities available in Mackenzie, and is passionate about helping others to enjoy life to the fullest extent. Outside of his work Hardeep is active in the community. He is involved in the local curling club, likes to hike, climb, ski, and has recently taken up speed skating.

Anna Kandola

Having lived most of her life in northern British Columbia, Anna understands both the appeal and the challenges of northern living. Anna believes in supporting individual cultural food practices while guiding her clients toward a sustainable healthy diet. Several unique opportunities have allowed her to provide remote dietitian counselling throughout British Columbia. As a pioneer of remote dietitian work in BC, Anna has evolved her remote work strategies to help patients receive high quality care through secure video counselling, telephone appointments, and email correspondence. Anna provides holistic, person-centred care. She ensures that patients are a part of the team, actively involved in their nutrition journey and understands that everyone has different goals. Her practice provides education without the guilt or shame that so often accompanies discussions about healthy eating or behaviours. Anna enjoys working with patients of all ages. In her spare time, Anna enjoys, hiking, running, skiing, and cooking.
